A veteran of the U.S. Army, Michael combines strategic vision with hands-on industry knowledge, having procured over $850 million in commercial construction projects. He also actively serves on numerous boards across the state of Michigan, championing economic development, the arts, and public infrastructure.

Jason has spent more than 20 years managing preconstruction and project delivery across healthcare, mixed-use, hospitality, and multifamily developments. At Spesh, he leads estimating, cost management, and owner representation—leveraging past leadership roles at Rockford Construction and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Jason brings a unique blend of operational and estimating experience, consistently delivering accurate budgets and guiding large-scale developments from idea to execution.

Jacob is a seasoned estimator, team builder, and problem solver—focused on quality outcomes and long-term client relationships.

Ben plays a key role in bringing Spesh’s projects to life—on time and on budget.

Shawn brings a broad and seasoned background in field operations to Spesh Construction, including roles as a project manager, superintendent, and estimator. After serving in the U.S. Army, he earned dual degrees in Construction Management and Building Technology from Ferris State. Before joining Spesh, Shawn spent eight years at Rockford Construction leading projects across healthcare, education, and advanced manufacturing—including work for LG Energy Solutions and Corewell Health. He’s a certified CDT and OSHA 30 supervisor, known for keeping job sites running smoothly and safely.

Adis brings 18 years of experience in complex construction and mission-critical environments to Spesh Construction, where he serves as a Project Engineer. His background includes supporting programs valued up to $400 million and managing a $3 million global data center portfolio across 25 Microsoft facilities. Prior to joining Spesh, he led field teams on international government and commercial contracts, strengthening quality control and project execution. He combines technical oversight with disciplined communication, keeping teams aligned from preconstruction through closeout.
